Final Injury Report for Sparks-Tempo: Will Kelsey Plum, Kiki Rice Play?

The Los Angeles Sparks are on the road Thursday night as they travel to take on the Toronto Tempo in an interconference matchup.

Los Angeles enters Thursday’s game with an 8-8 record after defeating the New York Liberty at home Sunday night.

In Sunday’s victory over the Liberty, Nneka Ogwumike led the way for the Sparks as she recorded 24 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals while Rae Burrell added 19 points, three rebounds and four assists of her own off the bench.

The Sparks will try to grab another victory Thursday as they face off against the Tempo in a tough road matchup.

Toronto enters Thursday’s contest with an 8-9 record after losing on the road to the Atlanta Dream Monday night.

Isabelle Harrison led the way for the Tempo in Monday’s loss as she ended the game with 21 points and 10 rebounds while Marina Mabrey recorded 23 points, four rebounds and four assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, each may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Sparks Injury Report: Will Kelsey Plum, Cameron Brink Play?

The Sparks have two players listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Kelsey Plum and Cameron Brink.

Los Angeles has ruled out Plum due to a lower left leg injury that is set to sideline her for at least four weeks.

The Sparks have also ruled out Brink due to a left ankle sprain as she will miss her third consecutive contest.

Tempo Injury Report: Will Kiki Rice, Brittney Sykes Play?

The Tempo have two players listed on their injury report as well as they have ruled out Kiki Rice and Brittney Sykes.

Toronto has ruled out Rice as she will miss her eighth straight game with a Grade 3 left ankle sprain.

The Tempo have also ruled out Sykes due to a left plantar fascia injury as she will miss her third consecutive contest.
