The Minnesota Timberwolves are at home on Wednesday night as they host the Houston Rockets in a Western Conference showdown.
Minnesota enters Wednesday’s game with a 44-28 record after defeating the Boston Celtics on the road on Sunday night.

In Sunday’s victory over the Celtics, Bones Hyland led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 23 points, three rebounds and three assists off the bench while Jaden McDaniels added 19 points, six rebounds and three assists of his own.
Now Minnesota will try to grab another victory on Wednesday as they face off against the Rockets in a tough home matchup.
On the other side, Houston enters Wednesday’s contest with a 43-28 record after losing on the road to the Chicago Bulls on Monday night.

Kevin Durant led the way for the Rockets in Monday’s loss as he ended the game with 40 points, seven rebounds and five assists while Alperen Sengun recorded a triple-double with 33 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Rockets Injury Report
For the Rockets, they have two players listed on their injury report as they have ruled out both Fred VanVleet and Steven Adams.

Houston has ruled out VanVleet as he continues to recover from a torn ACL that he suffered in the offseason.

The Rockets have also ruled out Adams as he is set to miss the remainder of the season while recovering from ankle surgery.
Timberwolves Injury Report: Will Anthony Edwards, Ayo Dosunmu Play?
On the other side, the Timberwolves also have two players listed on their injury report for Wednesday’s matchup.

Minnesota has ruled out Anthony Edwards due to right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome as he will miss his fifth consecutive contest and there is still no timetable for his return.
With Edwards still sidelined, Hyland and Donte DiVincenzo could both continue to have increased roles until the star guard is cleared to return.

The Timberwolves have listed Ayo Dosunmu as questionable due to right calf soreness and he is in danger of missing his first game since March 11.
