Final Injury Report for Pelicans-Bucks: Will Myles Turner, Kevin Porter Jr. Play?

The Milwaukee Bucks are at home on Wednesday night as they host the New Orleans Pelicans in an interconference matchup.

Milwaukee enters Wednesday’s game with a 19-29 record after defeating the Chicago Bulls at home on Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s victory over the Bulls, Kyle Kuzma led the way for the Bucks as he recorded 31 points, 10 rebounds and six assists while Ryan Rollins added 21 points, seven rebounds and 10 assists of his own.

Now Milwaukee will try to grab another victory at home on Wednesday as they face off against a struggling Pelicans team.

On the other side, New Orleans enters Wednesday’s contest with a 13-39 record after losing on the road to the Charlotte Hornets on Monday afternoon.

Trey Murphy III led the way for the Pelicans in Monday’s loss as he ended the game with 27 points and four assists while Derik Queen recorded 16 points, eight rebounds and three assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night’s matchup, one side may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

For the Pelicans, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out guard Dejounte Murray.

New Orleans has ruled out Murray as he remains sidelined while recovering from a ruptured Achilles he suffered last season.

Outside of Murray, the rest of the Pelicans’ roster is healthy as they try to grab a key victory in Wednesday night’s matchup.

On the other side, the Bucks have six players listed on their injury report, including center Myles Turner.

Milwaukee has listed Turner as probable due to a left ankle sprain and he is expected to play against the Pelicans.

The Bucks have also listed Cole Anthony as probable and he is expected to play despite dealing with a left ankle sprain.

Bobby Portis has been ruled out due to a right hip contusion as he will miss his second consecutive contest while Giannis Antetokounmpo and Taurean Prince remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.

The good news for the Bucks is that Kevin Porter Jr. is off their injury report and will return after missing the last six games due to an oblique injury.
