In Tuesday’s loss to the Mystics, Natasha Mack led the way for the Mercury as she recorded 19 points, eight rebounds, three steals and three blocks while Alyssa Thomas added 16 points, six rebounds, 10 assists and three steals of her own.
The Mercury will try to bounce back and snap their three-game losing streak Thursday as they face off against the Mystics at home once again.
Washington enters Thursday’s contest with a 23-15 record after defeating the Mercury on the road Tuesday night.

Sonia Citron led the way for the Mystics in Tuesday’s victory as she ended the game with 19 points and nine assists while Kiki Iriafen recorded 18 points and 10 rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, one may be without one of their star players due to injury.

The Mercury have three players listed on their injury report for Thursday, including star guard Kelsey Plum.
Phoenix has listed Plum as questionable due to a lower left leg injury and she is in danger of missing her first game since returning from a three-game absence in Tuesday’s loss.
The Mercury have ruled out Marta Suarez due to a concussion as she will miss her third consecutive contest.
Kyara Linskens has also been ruled out after the Mercury temporarily suspended her contract Wednesday as she is away from the team while preparing for the FIBA Women’s World Cup with Belgium.
