The Indiana Fever are at home Monday night as they host the Phoenix Mercury in an interconference matchup.

Indiana enters Monday’s game with a 9-7 record after losing on the road to the Atlanta Dream Saturday afternoon.

In Saturday’s loss to the Dream, Caitlin Clark led the way for the Fever as she recorded 26 points, three rebounds and seven assists while Aliyah Boston added 13 points, nine rebounds and six assists of her own.

The Fever will try to bounce back and end their two-game losing streak Monday as they face off against a struggling Mercury team at home.

Phoenix enters Monday’s contest with a 5-12 record after defeating the Seattle Storm at home in dominant fashion Saturday afternoon.

Valeriane Ayayi led the way for the Mercury in Saturday’s victory as she ended the game with 18 points and 10 rebounds off the bench while Noemie Brochant recorded 16 points and 10 assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, each may be without some of their key players due to injuries.

Mercury Injury Report: Will Monique Akoa Makani Sami Whitcomb Play?

The Mercury have three players listed on their injury report, including Monique Akoa Makani and Sami Whitcomb.

Phoenix has ruled out Akoa Makani due to a left hamstring injury as she will miss her second consecutive contest.

The Mercury have also ruled out Whitcomb as she remains sidelined to begin the season while recovering from left knee surgery.

Jovana Nogic has also been ruled out as the Mercury have temporarily suspended her contract as she is away from the team due to personal reasons.

Fever Injury Report: Will Caitlin Clark Play?

The Fever have only one player listed on their injury report as they have listed Clark as probable.

Indiana has listed Clark as probable and she is expected to play despite continuing to deal with a lingering back injury that she has been able to play through over the past handful of weeks.
