The Los Angeles Lakers are on the road on Wednesday night as they travel to take on the Indiana Pacers in an interconference matchup.
Los Angeles enters Wednesday’s game with a 46-26 record after losing on the road to the Detroit Pistons on Monday night.

In Monday’s loss to the Pistons, Luka Doncic led the way for the Lakers as he recorded 32 points, seven rebounds and six assists while Austin Reaves added 24 points and five assists of his own.
Now Los Angeles will try to bounce back on the road on Wednesday as they face off against a struggling Pacers team.
On the other side, Indiana enters Wednesday’s contest with a 16-56 record after defeating the Orlando Magic on the road on Monday night to snap their 16-game losing streak.

Pascal Siakam led the way for the Pacers in Monday’s victory as he ended the game with 37 points and six rebounds while Jarace Walker recorded 20 points and five rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Lakers Injury Report: Will Deandre Ayton, Marcus Smart Play?
For the Lakers, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Deandre Ayton and Marcus Smart.

Los Angeles has listed Ayton as questionable due to back soreness and he is in danger of missing his first game since March 6.
If Ayton is sidelined, Jaxson Hayes and Jarred Vanderbilt could both be in line for increased roles.

The Lakers have listed Smart as doubtful due to a right ankle contusion and he is expected to miss his second consecutive contest.
With Smart likely to be sidelined once again, Jake LaRavia could draw another start in his place while Luke Kennard could also have a larger role.
Hachimura has been listed as questionable due to right calf soreness and he is in danger of missing his second straight game while Adou Thierois questionable with left knee soreness.
Pacers Injury Report: Will Pascal Siakam, Andrew Nembhard Play?
On the other side, the Pacers have seven players listed on their injury report, including both Siakam and Andrew Nembhard.

Indiana has listed Siakam as probable and he is expected to play despite dealing with a right knee sprain.
The Pacers have also listed Nembhard as probable due to a right calf contusion and he is also expected to play against the Lakers.

Aaron Nesmith has also been listed as probable due to a right ankle injury management while Obi Toppin is probable due to right foot injury management and both players are expected to play on Wednesday.
Tyrese Haliburton, Ivica Zubac and Johnny Furphy have all been ruled out as they are all set to miss the remainder of the season.
