The Boston Celtics are at home on Friday night as they host the Miami Heat in an Eastern Conference showdown.
Boston enters Friday’s game with a 33-18 record after defeating the Houston Rockets on the road on Wednesday night.

In Wednesday’s victory over the Rockets, Derrick While led the way for the Celtics as he recorded 28 points and eight assists while Payton Pritchard added 27 points, three rebounds and seven assists of his own off the bench.
Now Boston will try to grab another victory on Friday as they face off against the Heat in a tough home matchup.
On the other side, Miami enters Friday’s contest with a 27-25 record after losing at home to the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. led the way for the Heat in Tuesday’s loss as he ended the game with 21 points, eight rebounds and three assists off the bench while Pelle Larsson recorded 18 points, four rebounds and five assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Heat Injury Report, Will Norman Powell, Andrew Wiggins Play?
For the Heat, they have only two players listed on their injury report as they have ruled out both Tyler Herro and Terry Rozier.
Herro has been ruled out due to a rib injury that has sidelined him since January 17 while Rozier remains away from the team.

The good news for Miami is that both Norman Powell and Andrew Wiggins are off the injury report and will return against the Celtics.

Of course, Powell has missed the last three games due to personal reasons while Wiggins missed Tuesday’s loss due to a hamstring injury but both players will be available on Friday.
Celtics Injury Report, Will Jaylen Brown, Nikola Vucevic Play?
On the other side, the Celtics have three players listed on their injury report, though both Jaylen Brown and Nikola Vucevic are not among them.

Of course, Brown missed Wednesday’s victory due to a hamstring and knee injury and he will return on Friday while Vucevic is expected to make his team debut after being acquired from the Chicago Bulls earlier in the week.

Boston has ruled out Josh Minott and Xavier Tillman as they are away from the team after being traded on Thursday while Jayson Tatum remains sidelined while recovering from surgery to repair a torn Achilles.
