The Phoenix Mercury are at home Sunday night as they host the Portland Fire in a Western Conference matchup.
Phoenix enters Sunday’s game with a 13-22 record after defeating the Los Angeles Sparks on the road Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s victory over the Sparks, Noemie Brochant led the way for the Mercury as she recorded 24 points, three rebounds, three assists and five steals while Alyssa Thomas added 16 points, seven rebounds and nine assists of her own.
The Mercury will try to grab another victory Sunday as they face off against a struggling Fire team at home.
Portland enters Sunday’s contest with a 14-20 record after defeating the Seattle Storm on the road Friday night.

Holly Winterburn led the way for the Fire in Friday’s victory as she ended the game with 20 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals off the bench while Bridget Carleton recorded 14 points and nine rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday night’s matchup, each may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Fire Injury Report: Will Carla Leite Play?

The Fire have three players listed on their injury report, though Carla Leite is not one of them.
Of course, Leite returned from a one-game absence due to knee soreness in Friday’s victory and she is off the injury report completely for Sunday’s matchup.
Portland has ruled out Sarah Ashlee Barker and Sania Feagin as they will both miss the remainder of the season with torn left ACLs.
The Fire have also ruled out Luisa Geiselsoder as she will miss the remainder of the season due to personal reasons.
Mercury Injury Report: Will Kelsey Plum Play?

The Mercury have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Kelsey Plum.
Phoenix has ruled out Plum due to a lower left leg injury as she will miss her second consecutive contest and there is still no timetable for her return.
