In Tuesday’s loss to the Mystics, Julie Allemand led the way for the Tempo as she recorded 15 points and five rebounds while Nyara Sabally added 13 points and four rebounds of her own off the bench.

The Tempo will try to bounce back Friday as they face off against the Dream in a tough home matchup.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, each may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

The Dream have two players listed on their injury report for Friday, including center Brionna Jones.

Atlanta has listed Jones as questionable and there is a chance she could make her season debut Friday after missing the beginning of the year while recovering from right knee surgery.

The Dream have also listed Te-Hina Paopao as questionable due to a right leg injury and she is in danger of missing her first game of the season.

Tempo Injury Report: Will Kiki Rice, Brittney Sykes Play?

The Tempo have four players listed on their injury report, including Kiki Rice and Brittney Sykes.

Toronto has ruled out Rice due to a Grade 3 left ankle sprain that has sidelined her since June 7 and head coach Sandy Brondello announced Thursday that the rookie guard is doubtful to return ahead of the All-Star break.

The Tempo have also ruled out Sykes as she will miss her 10th straight game with a left plantar fascia injury and there is still no timetable for her return.
