The Los Angeles Clippers are on the road on Sunday afternoon as they travel to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in a Western Conference matchup.
Los Angeles enters Sunday’s game with a 24-27 record after defeating the Sacramento Kings on the road on Friday night.

In Friday’s victory over the Kings, Kawhi Leonard led the way for the Clippers as he recorded 31 points, nine rebounds and seven assists while John Collins added 22 points and seven rebounds of his own.
Now Los Angeles will try to grab another victory on Sunday as they face off against the Timberwolves in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Minnesota enters Sunday’s contest with a 32-21 record after losing at home to the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night.

Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves in Friday’s loss as he ended the game with 35 points, five rebounds and four assists while Julius Randle recorded 24 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday afternoon’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Clippers Injury Report, Will Darius Garland, Bennedict Mathurin Play?
For the Clippers, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Darius Garland and Bennedict Mathurin.

Los Angeles has ruled out Garland due to a right toe sprain that has kept him out since January 16 as fans will have to wait for him to make his team debut after the Clippers acquired him from the Cleveland Cavaliers ahead of the trade deadline.
The Clippers have also ruled out Mathurin and Isaiah Jackson as the trade between Los Angeles and the Indiana Pacers that included Ivica Zubac is still pending.

Bradley Beal has also been ruled out as he is set to miss the remainder of the season after undergoing hip surgery earlier in the year.
Timberwolves Injury Report
On the other side, the Timberwolves have two players listed on their injury report for Sunday’s game.
Minnesota has listed Julian Phillips as questionable due to a right wrist sprain and there is a chance he could make his team debut after the Timberwolves acquired him from the Chicago Bulls ahead of the trade deadline.

The Timberwolves have ruled out Terrence Shannon Jr. as he remains sidelined while recovering from a left foot strain.
