The Boston Celtics are on the road on Thursday night as they travel to take on the New York Knicks in an Eastern Conference showdown.
Boston enters Thursday’s game with a 54-25 record after defeating the Charlotte Hornets at home on Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s victory over the Hornets, Jaylen Brown led the way for the Celtics as he recorded 35 points, nine rebounds and three assists while Jayson Tatum added 23 points, five rebounds and four assists of his own.
Now Boston will try to grab another victory on Thursday as they face off against the Knicks in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, New York enters Thursday’s contest with a 51-28 record after defeating the Atlanta Hawks on the road on Monday night.

Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks in Monday’s victory as he ended the game with 30 points, three rebounds and 13 assists while Karl-Anthony Towns recorded 21 points, 12 rebounds and six assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, one side may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Celtics Injury Report: Will Jaylen Brown, Derrick White Play?
For the Celtics, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Brown and Derrick White.

Boston has ruled out Brown due to left Achilles tendinitis as he will miss his first game since March 29.
With Brown sidelined, Jordan Walsh and Baylor Scheierman could both be in line for increased roles.
The Celtics have listed White as questionable due to a right knee contusion and he is in danger of missing his first game since March 29.

If White is sidelined, Payton Pritchard and Hugo Gonzalez could both have larger roles against the Knicks.
Neemias Queta has also been listed as questionable due to a right toe sprain while Sam Hauser is questionable with low back spasms.
Knicks Injury Report: Will Tyler Kolek Play?
On the other side, the Knicks have only one player listed on their injury report as they have listed Tyler Kolek as questionable.

New York has listed Kolek as questionable due to a right oblique strain and he is in danger of missing Thursday’s matchup.
If Kolek is sidelined, Jordan Clarkson, Miles McBride and Jose Alvarado could all be in line for increased roles off the bench.
