The Indiana Fever and their fans will have to patiently wait for an update on Aliyah Boston.
During the second quarter of the Fever-Storm game, Boston was rolling to the basket when she got tangled up with Flau'jae Johnson. Unfortunately, the former Rookie of the Year's right knee slammed into the hardwood at full speed.
Boston, a four-time All-Star, had to leave the game early due to injury. Although it certainly looks like a potential knee contusion, an update hasn't been issued by the Fever.

Prior to suffering this injury, Boston had 11 points against the Storm. She was destined for another excellent game. Despite losing her to injury, the Fever jumped out to a 58-47 lead at halftime.
The Fever received 14 points from Caitlin Clark, 12 points from Monique Billings and 11 points from Sophie Cunningham in the first half.
Aliyah Boston is irreplaceble.
Even if Boston has to miss the rest of Tuesday's game, the Fever will be able to sleep at night as long as she didn't suffer a long-term injury.
Boston is averaging 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game this season. It's tough to replace her production on a nightly basis.
Hopefully, the Fever get good news regarding Boston's injury.
