Europe is officially questioning the "integrity" of the World Cup in America before the final match on Sunday.
Argentina and Spain will be playing in the FIFA Men's World Cup Final on Sunday. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. E.T. The final match will be played at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, with President Trump in attendance.
But, ahead of the final match on Sunday, Europe's leading human rights organization is officially questioning the integrity of the World Cup in the United States, ahead of the 2030 World Cup in Portugal and other countries.

Earlier in the World Cup, President Trump urged FIFA to review Folarin Balogun's red card suspension. FIFA ultimately allowed Balogun to play in the Round of 16 match between the United States and Belgium.
The U.S. fell to Belgium, 4-1.
"All I did was ask for a review. I didn't say, you have to do this," Trump said. "This man is a smart, tough man, Gianni Infantino. He's a smart, tough man, and his stock has gone through the roof because the job he has done has been great. I feel like we have to have all the best players on the field."
Europe officially questions U.S. integrity
Alain Berset, the head of the 46-nation Council of Europe, warned in a letter to FIFA: "The next crisis has already begun. It has two names: money and power."
Europe's organization is worried that FIFA is already bending to power.
"When the rules bend under pressure, every result is open to doubt," Mr Berset wrote. "Political influence has also moved onto the field. The sanction suspended mid-tournament came after a head of state called the president of FIFA."
He added: "It is an open door to fraud. And this World Cup has opened the door wider."
Portugal and Morocco will be co-hosting the 2030 World Cup, with one match each in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay in honor of the 1930 World Cup.
But FIFA is already facing questions.
