The Tennessee Titans have put plenty of focus into building their roster, including through the draft, as the franchise has made a plethora of big-time draft selections throughout the years. This includes some of their first-round picks in the NFL Draft, as two former first-round selections received some major recognition.

Two Titans were named as potential Hall of Famers down the line, according to ESPN, as each representative was put into a different category.

Jeffery Simmons, EDGE - "Keep It Up"

Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons (98) runs through drills on the first day training camp practice at Vanderbilt Health Football Center Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Jeffery Simmons was the first of the two Titans mentioned. He was listed under "keep it up," meaning he is on his way to being a Hall of Famer, but has yet to make his case 100% clear. This means if he were to retire today, it would be a 50/50 on his Hall of Fame status.

"Long one of the most impactful interior rushers in the league on a snap-by-snap basis, Simmons leveled up and was positively unblockable for significant stretches in 2025. A hamstring injury was the only thing that slowed him last season, and even while missing the better part of three games, Simmons was still a deserving first-team All-Pro. This was a new high for the four-time Pro Bowler, but if the 29-year-old can be this player for a few more seasons, he has a real path to the Hall," Bill Barnwell said.

Peter Skoronski, Offensive Guard - "Work to Do"

He would also detail that Peter Skoronski has some work to do, but it isn't impossible to believe he could one day reach a Hall of Fame resume at left guard.

"Tennessee's 2023 first-round pick, Skoronski has steadily improved over the course of his three years in the league and was unlucky to miss out on the Pro Bowl in the AFC last season. He has played every snap for the Titans over the past two years, and as the FTN Football Almanac noted, Skoronski was the only guard to rank in the top five for both pressure rate allowed and blown block rate. Another small step forward should start a steady stream of trips to the Pro Bowl," Barnwell said.
