Even when she's not working, FOX sideline reporter Erin Andrews keeps herself incredibly busy.
Andrews, the top NFL reporter for FOX, is going viral this week because she shared her full bedtime routine on the latest episode of her "Calm Down" podcast. Let's just say she's got enough steps in her routine to put her viewers to sleep.
"My nighttime routine is banana land. I've got the Invisalign soaking in the vibrating thing that's cleaning it, which I appreciate it. Then I've got the IVF tea," Andrews said. "You saw that in the Bahamas. I'm boiling it, I'm stirring it with a chopstick so I don't contaminate it with metal. Then I got the infrared thing for my ovaries. It's exhausting!"

Some of Andrews' fans are legitimately baffled by how many steps are in her bedtime routine, whereas others are genuinely interested in learning more.
"It really is crazy. Red light therapy, vibration plate, all the vitamins, 7 step skincare. It never ends," one fan said.
"I need to know more about all the fertility rituals," a second fan wrote.
"What is this vibrating thing you have for your Invisalign? I have the tablets but needs to know about this," another fan commented.
Erin Andrews recently faced criticism from NFL fans.
Earlier this month, NFL fans questioned why Andrews was on vacation with Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford. They thought it was a conflict of interest since she covers plenty of games for the Rams.
Andrews never addressed any of the backlash she received on Instagram, nor is she obligated to.
At the end of the day, Andrews isn't going to let a brief vacation stop her from being a total pro for Fox Sports.
