The Kansas City Chiefs are off to a strong start after winning their first two games of the season. They blew out the Denver Broncos in their season opener, 31-10. The Chiefs followed that win with a hard-fought overtime victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, 33-30.
As expected, the Chiefs have drawn significant attention from fans and broadcasters alike, including Erin Andrews of Fox Sports. On Monday, the veteran sportscaster had a message for Taylor Swift, who has attended both Chiefs games to support her husband, Travis Kelce.
Swift was at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night to witness Kelce score his first touchdown of the season. He got to the end zone in the first quarter against the Colts after catching a pass from Patrick Mahomes.
Swift was seen celebrating her husband’s touchdown, showing off her wedding ring. The couple got married during the offseason in a high-profile wedding in Madison Square Garden.
The global pop star was wearing a Chiefs tank top from Andrews’ sports apparel line WEAR by EA. The renowned sportscaster posted a three-word reaction to Swift’s Chiefs move.
“Women supporting Women 🫶🫶🫶🫶,” Andrews commented on Instagram.
According to Front Office Sports, the $39.99 tank top was sold out on the team’s official store shortly after fans saw Swift wearing it.
This isn’t the first time the “Opalite” singer has given Andrews’ brand significant exposure. In 2023, Swift wore a Chiefs WEAR jacket during one of Kansas City’s games. Andrews herself described it as a “huge moment” for her brand.
Andrews has developed a close friendship with Kelce and Swift. Last year, Andrews spent time with the couple during a snowy vacation out in Montana during the NFL offseason.
