For the second time in the past two months, internet comedian Druski is getting ripped to shreds for a controversial joke.
In early February, Druski announced the AP Offensive Player of the Year at the "NFL Honors" in San Francisco. The award went to Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who finished the 2025 regular season with 119 receptions for 1,793 yards with 10 touchdowns.
Druski butchered Smith-Njigba's name to the point where he needed to issue a public apology during an appearance on CBS.
“I like to mess around. You know, sometimes, you can go too far. I reached out [to Smith-Njigba],” Druski said. “Congratulations to him, the team on the Super Bowl. I think that was an amazing thing. I didn’t get no response back, but I did reach out, I tried.”

So why is Druski going viral this week? He decided to mock Erika Kirk, the widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, in a skit about conservative women in America.
Countless people criticized Druski for this skit, calling it incredibly insensitive and downright disrespectful.
"Erika Kirk’s husband was assassinated in September," OutKick's Clay Travis said. "It’s March & a black comedian is putting on white face & mocking her in a video. Honest question, if a prominent black leader had been assassinated & a white comedian put on blackface & mocked his widow, what would happen?"
"This is too far man… You were completely disrespectful during NFL Honors & now you’re making fun of Erika Kirk, whose husband was brutally assassinated," conservative commentator Jon Root said. "This ain’t it."
Republican Sen. Ted Cruz also had an issue with this skit from Druski. He responded with this very blunt message: "Beneath contempt."
Druski won't back down.
During an appearance on “CBS Mornings” last month, Druski revealed that part of the job of being a comedian is taking a chance on controversial subjects.
“When you talk abut walking the line of comedy, sometimes you do have to take that chance,” Druski said. “I think it’s not all going to be a successful hit."
If we had to guess, Druski probably won't be issuing an apology.
