Ahead of releasing its full list of the 1,000 best players in the NFL, Bleacher Report is unveiling its rankings by position group. The wide receiver rankings were the latest to be released, with four Philadelphia Eagles landing on the list.
Each receiver is judged on six categories, given a grade, and put into nine different tiers.
Also, it is based on last year's performances, so no rookies are on the list. Let's take a look at where the Eagles' weapons landed.
Elijah Moore (No. 97) - "Replacement Level" Tier

Moore had a quiet 2025, playing nine games with the Buffalo Bills, recording nine catches for 112 yards before being released and sitting in the Denver Broncos' practice squad.
Signing a one-year contract with Philadelphia, Moore has had a strong start to training camp and is competing for a roster spot.
Dontayvion Wicks (No. 93) - "Replacement Level" Tier

The Eagles traded for Wicks from the Green Bay Packers this offseason for a fifth-round pick and a sixth-round pick. In Green Bay, Wicks struggled to find a consistent role in a deep receiver room, only playing 38.8% of offensive snaps, making this an accurate location in the list.
This training camp, Wicks has reportedly quickly emerged as the clear wide receiver two on the team. His connection has been strong with Jalen Hurts, with people inside the Eagles' building really excited about his potential. If Wicks' performance translates into the regular season, there is no doubt Wicks will be higher on this list a year from now.
Hollywood Brown (No. 55) - "Reliable Contributor" Tier
A shoulder injury held Brown out for 15 of 17 games in 2024, but the Oklahoma product bounced back with 587 yards and five touchdowns last year.
Brown said he feels healthier and faster than ever entering his first season with the Eagles. His speed and ability to stretch out opposing defenses will be an excellent complement to the rest of the Eagles offense.
DeVonta Smith (No. 17) - "Critical Roster Piece" Tier
Smith is the final and highest-ranked Eagles wide receiver on the list at No. 17. What makes the ranking frustrating is less the placement itself and more the category: "Critical Roster Piece."
The two tiers above it are "High Quality Starter" and "Pro Bowl Caliber," labels that better reflect Smith's recent production.
Smith recorded his third 1,000-yard season in four years despite playing as the second option in a stacked offense. His 2025 receiving total surpassed both Jaylen Waddle and D.J. Moore, who both ranked higher than him, further showing his ability to produce at a high level despite sharing opportunities.
Now entering his prime, Smith has the opportunity to take another step forward as the Eagles' true No. 1 receiver in new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion's system designed to be more dynamic and unpredictable.
