Former NASCAR and IndyCar driver Danica Patrick is in agreement with President Trump on Canada.
Patrick, 43, took a clear shot at Canada following the men's hockey gold medal game last Sunday. The U.S. topped Canada, 2-1, in the men's hockey gold medal game. It was America's first gold medal in men's hockey since 1980. Patrick took a clear shot at Canada following the game.
"If Canada had been smart and become the 51st state, they'd be gold medalists right now," the post shared by Patrick said.
She added "Too soon?" accompanied by a laughing emoji.

President Trump, meanwhile, agrees.
"The only thing that makes sense is for Canada to become our cherished 51st state. This would make all tariffs, and everything else, totally disappear," he wrote on social media.
He added some praise for the U.S. male players, too, ultimately inviting them to the White House.
"We could send a military plane or something. But if you would like to [attend], it's the coolest night. The nice thing about being president is I can tell you, you don't have to worry about the weather or landing," he said.
"We don't care if it's snowing, or if it's the worst blizzard, you'll be sailing through that sucker just like you did on the ice today. We'll do the White House the next day. We'll just have some fun. We have medals for you guys."
The men's team ended up visiting President Trump at the White House, while the female players did not.
