Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer is selling his house to move closer to the team's facility.

Schottenheimer, who is entering Year 2 as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, wants to be closer to the team's facility. So, he's put his house on the market. It was listed for $3.8 million and it already has a buyer.

"The head coach of the Dallas Cowboys is selling his home in McKinney to move closer to the team’s Frisco headquarters. The move is really about the location, said Carrie Himel, the listing agent of the McKinney home," the Dallas Morning News reported.

"The home, at 6101 Crystal Cove Court, was listed for $3.8 million on April 17, according to Zillow. The McKinney home is in a cul-de-sac in the Stonebridge Ranch community. The home also now has a buyer, Himel said. Schottenheimer’s previous drive to the headquarters would have been about 15 miles, over a 30-minute drive."

The Cowboys had an up-and-down Year 1.

Dallas missed the playoffs, but showed a lot of promise, especially on the offensive side of the football.

The Cowboys will look to contend for the NFC East title in 2026.

Schottenheimer is going all-in with the role

Schottenheimer's future in Dallas is far from guaranteed, but he's clearly going all-in, making a point to be at the team's facility as much as possible.

The 2026 NFL regular season is approaching quickly, too.

The Cowboys will open the 2026 regular season on Sunday night in Week 1, taking on the New York Giants.
