The Washington Commanders fell to the Dallas Cowboys, 37-20, in a Week 2 NFL regular season game at AT&T Stadium on Sunday.
Late in the first half, Washington lost star quarterback Jayden Daniels to injury. The Commanders star suffered a gruesome elbow injury as time was expiring. The Cowboys were leading the Commanders, 17-10, at the time of the injury.
Daniels was down on the ground in serious pain for a while, before being carted off of the field with a towel draped over his head. Daniels was immediately ruled out for the second half. It’s unclear when he’ll return this year.
But replay has shown how the Washington Commanders’ offensive line reacted to his injury. And NFL fans are saying that it was a pretty bad look.

FOX.
Commanders lineman took a glance at Daniels’ injury status before walking off of the field. NFL fans can’t believe that they didn’t stay on the field to check on their quarterback. That’s the job of the offensive line, after all.
“His whole offensive line takes a glance, shows little concern, and just walks off to the locker room. Terrible look,” one NFL fan shared.
NFL fans react to ‘terrible’ look
“He resents his OL because there is 5 of them….That’s why they didn’t show concern,” one fan joked.
“I noticed that also. It just proves players only care about themselves,” one fan added.
“I have a feeling Jaden Daniels hasn’t really done much to endear himself to his teammates,” one fan added.
“t’s halftime. If this was a play the clock would stop and they can stand out there as long as they want. But adjustments need to be made in only 15 minutes. Standing out there would be malpractice,” one fan added.
