A self-proclaimed man-hater is not blaming Tom Brady for his divorce from legendary supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Brady and Bundchen announced their divorce in the fall of 2022. They had been together for more than a decade and have two children together.
“The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,” Bündchen wrote in 2022.
Brady added: “We arrived at this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. Doing so is, of course, painful and difficult, like it is for many people who go through the same thing every day around the world.”
In the years that have followed, we’ve learned that Bundchen reportedly grew frustrated with Brady’s NFL career, urging him to retire instead of playing into his mid-40s.
“What more do you have to prove?” Bündchen told her husband on the sidelines after his last Super Bowl win.

Divorce usually results in blame for either side, but one self-proclaimed “man-hating” woman is not blaming Tom Brady.
Liz Jones, in a column for The Daily Mail, says that she “hates” men, but doesn’t blame Tom Brady.
“Gisele reminds me of Al Pacino’s disaffected wife in the movie Heat: She knew he was a dedicated, obsessive cop when she married him, so why bleat now?” she writes.
“Women are always complaining their husband doesn’t work hard enough, but when he does, we whine.”
She added: “Perhaps, the moral of this whole sorry story is that it turns out Gisele too is a victim of the fashion and beauty industries: women have been brainwashed to never be satisfied; if we are, we stop shopping. We also have no patience, take no prisoners, refuse to compromise and believe nice things bring us happiness: not relationships, not family, not loyalty.”
Both Brady and Bundchen seem to be doing OK these days. Brady is announcing NFL games for FOX, while Bundchen has a newborn with her new partner, former jiu-jitsu coach Joaquim Valente.
