Outkick founder and Fox News contributor Clay Travis is offering $10 million to the WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces.

Travis wants to see the Aces taking on a top high school boys' basketball team, in the wake of the debate surrounding transgender athletes in women's sports.

"Important announcement: I am upping my offer, $10 million dollars for a head-to-head basketball game between the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces and a boy's high school state title team of my choice," he posted. "If the Aces beat my team, I will give them $10 million."

"If the boys win, I will give them $10 million to distribute as they see fit to their team members. Game on pay-per-view with all profits donated to Tunnel 2 Towers to provide mortgage free homes to families of deceased soldiers, police & first responders."

"This will be the most money ever paid to win a single basketball game. A modern day battle of the sexes. $10 million to the winning team.

Travis's offer comes as many in the WNBA are debating the rights of transgender athletes in women's sports.

Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve was among those to weigh in

"We have some issues," Reeve said. "Number one, we need to protect trans kids. Every kid — to me, it's a human rights issue. Every kid has a right to sports regardless of (being) gender diverse, transgender.

"… Now, what gets nuanced is when you're beyond puberty, when you're in Olympic sport, when … we have scholarships at stake and that sort of thing. That's where I say that common-sense people get together, and you find common ground to find a way to be inclusive. The answer isn't no. It is not the case that we have 'biological men in girls' locker rooms,' the way it's being phrased, the innuendo there that somehow transgender women are predators. … There's a lot of narrative that is problematic that we need to address. That is simply not what's happening."

Fever coach Stephanie White also weighed in.

"I don't know that I would say I'm educated enough from a scientific standpoint," White said. "I don't ever believe that exclusion is the answer. I just don't. I do think that when we think about various levels of sport, various governing bodies of sport, and things that go into that, like I said, I'm not educated enough at the different levels. I know growing up I played with the boys all the time."
