Natasha Cloud remained unsigned for the majority of the past offseason before the Chicago Sky brought her in on a one-year deal just a few days before the season kicked off. She proceeded to prove that she still belongs in the WNBA, averaging 11.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
Cloud also started in 27 of the 40 games she played for the Sky. While Chicago finished with a 16-28 record and failed to make the playoffs, Cloud was certainly a bright spot for the team.
It remains to be seen what Cloud will do next in her WNBA career. She is an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
As fans await her free-agency move, Cloud announced on Tuesday that she is going back to her home state of Pennsylvania. She revealed that she is hosting an early voting tailgate and a WNBA Finals watch party.

“ALLENTOWNNNN, I’M COMING HOME!!!” Cloud wrote. “Y’all KNOW how I feel about voting!! It’s the #1 way we make our voices heard and best believe I’m always gonna use mine!”
She added, “I’m pulling up with @joytothepolls on Saturday, October 24th for an early voting tailgate AND WNBA Finals watch party! Basketball, music, community, and making our voices heard?! SAY LESS.”
The event will be held at Max & Butters restaurant in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Oct. 24. The Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries are playing Game 4 of the WNBA Finals that day.
Aside from Cloud, former WNBA player Theresa Plaisance and popular DJ and record producer DJ Diamond Kuts will also make an appearance at the event.
