Tyler Marsh and the Chicago Sky improved to 12-19 on the 2026 WNBA season after a 95-88 win over Dearica Hamby and the Los Angeles Sparks on Wednesday. Now, the Sky look to make it two straight when they host Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever on Saturday afternoon.
Part of Chicago's struggles this year, aside from trading away Angel Reese, comes from injuries. Newcomer Rickea Jackson suffered a torn ACL in the fourth game of the year, forcing her to miss the rest of the season. And guard Skylar Diggins has also been out for over a month with a right knee issue.

And in the Sky's 106-101 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Monday, guard Sydney Taylor suffered a left groin injury in the third quarter and was unable to return to the game. The injury was serious enough to rule the former Louisville star out for Wednesday's win over Las Vegas.
Now, the injury will keep Taylor out for even longer, as Chicago announced on Friday that she has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Fever. Coach Marsh also noted that Taylor remains "day-to-day."
Along with Taylor, Diggins has been ruled out as well as she recovers from injury, marking the 12th-straight game she has missed.
"Sky injury report for tomorrow vs Fever: Skylar Diggins - OUT (Right Knee). Sydney Taylor - OUT (Left Groin)," ESPN's Kareem Copeland wrote on X.
The Sky will face the Fever at the United Center on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
