NASCAR Cup Series driver Chase Briscoe had some very major praise for the United States of America following his win over the weekend.
Briscoe, driving a special red, white and blue car, took home the checkered flag at the Eero 400 on Sunday evening. The NASCAR race capped quite the weekend in sports, featuring some epic World Cup matches, several Wimbledon matches, a ton of baseball games, the Nathan's Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest and more.
The NASCAR Cup Series driver took home the win in Chicagoland, besting out a loaded field that included Christopher Bell, Denny Hamlin, William Byron and Alex Bowman, among other drivers.

Following his win, Briscoe made it clear how proud he is to be an American, and how special it was to win on the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
The veteran NASCAR Cup Series driver professed his love for the United States of America on Sunday evening.
Briscoe praises U.S.A. in special rant
Briscoe sounded off on the United States of America and how special it is to be in this country.
"I feel so American, winning in the Bass Pro Shops Red, White and Blue car, Fourth of July weekend, 250 years. Man, what an unbelievable race car," Briscoe said after the race.
"I feel like that’s the most American I’ll ever feel in my life," he continued later on in the media center. "Just the whole Bass Pro Shops group. It's a huge thing, obviously they so big on being proud to be an American. To win on this weekend, it means a lot to all of us."
Winning a NASCAR race to cap the Fourth of July holiday weekend must be a pretty special feeling. Clearly, Briscoe is feeling good.
