Caroline Wozniacki isn't competing in the 2026 BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells, but make no mistake, she has everyone's attention.
Wozniacki, the former No. 1 women's tennis player in the world, was a fan favorite during the prime of her career. She captured 30 singles titles in her career, which includes winning the Australian Open in 2018. After spending time away from he WTA Tour, she came out of retirement in the summer of 2023.
“Over these past three years away from the game I got to make up for lost time with my family, I became a mother and now have two beautiful children I am so grateful for,” Wozniacki said. “But I still have goals I want to accomplish. I want to show my kids that you can pursue your dreams no matter your age or role. We decided as a family it’s time. I’m coming back to play and I can’t wait!”

Although we haven't seen Wozniacki on the court since the 2024 season, she's still finding ways to go viral.
On March 5, Wozniacki posted a few swimsuit photos on social media. She was sporting a red bikini that's bound to turn a few heads.
Judging by the photos, Wozniacki and her husband, former New York Knicks star David Lee, are enjoying a family vacation.
"Lady in red stealing the show on that yacht," one fan commented.
"You look so beautiful," a second fan said.
"Love this color on you," another fan wrote.
Wozniacki is a former SI Swimsuit model.
Back in 2016, Wozniacki appeared in the "Body Paint" series for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity she couldn't pass up.
“I just couldn’t say no,” Wozniacki said. “It was an unbelievable opportunity for me and something I’ve never done before. I feel like a piece of art walking around right now. It’s kind of a surreal experience.”
Wozniacki isn't the only tennis star to work with SI Swimsuit. The iconic magazine has featured Serena Williams, Sloane Stephens, Genie Bouchard, Maria Sharapova and Naomi Osaka.
Though it's unclear if Wozniacki will return for the 2026 issue of SI Swimsuit, she seems more than ready for another photoshoot.
