Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark and Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve caught up before their regular-season finale.
On Thursday, the Fever and Lynx played their last regular-season game against each other at Target Center as both teams gear up for the playoffs.
But before the crucial matchup, Clark and Reeve shared a pregame moment that was captured on camera. Photographer Bri Lewerke shared several photos of their interaction on social media.

Reeve and the Lynx ultimately closed out their season with a dominant 86-66 win over the Fever. Kayla McBride and Natasha Howard led the team’s offense with 22 and 21 points, respectively.
Meanwhile, Indiana struggled all night long. Kelsey Mitchell was the only player to reach double figures with 10 points. Clark went 1-of-12 from the field and 0-of-7 from beyond the arc for a career-low two points.
This loss dropped Indiana to No. 6 in the standings, resulting in a first-round playoff matchup against the defending WNBA champions and third seed, the Las Vegas Aces.
Reeve and the Lynx, on the other hand, are the No. 1 seed and will face the eighth-seeded New York Liberty in the first round.
