Indiana Fever rookie Raven Johnson and superstar guard Caitlin Clark have certainly gotten closer after moving on from their unpleasant past.
When the Fever selected Johnson with the 10th overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft, her relationship with Clark was put under the spotlight. Just weeks prior to the draft, Johnson talked to "I AM ATHLETE" and shared how she was bashed and bullied after her viral moment with Clark in 2023.
Johnson went as far as saying that she almost quit basketball because of the controversy.
Ever since they became teammates, though, it has been clear that they have put the past behind them. Both Clark and Johnson have been complimentary of each other during interviews.
More recently, Johnson has been actively showing love for Clark by commenting on her posts. She previously called the All-Star guard "Mamacita" after Clark reflected on her season so far.

On Thursday, Johnson was back at it again, as she expressed excitement over Clark's latest project.
Clark announced the "big news" that she's releasing a picture book titled "EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams." According to Clark, the book will be released on Nov. 3 but is now available for preorder through its publisher, Random House Children’s Books.
"Yesss just for me," Johnson commented on her post.
What made it even better was the fact that Clark responded to her rookie with an adorable message, saying, "@hollywood_raven will read it to u my child."
It will certainly be exciting to see how Johnson and the rest of the Fever will react once Clark releases her book.
Clark's picture book is a story of perseverance that highlights how small, consistent steps lead to great results.
