Indiana Fever rookie Raven Johnson shared an update on social media right before the WNBA playoffs.
Johnson and the Fever are heading to the postseason to face the defending champions, the Las Vegas Aces, in a first-round matchup. The series kicks off Sunday at Michelob ULTRA Arena.
Johnson shared a carousel of photos on Instagram on Friday. The post highlighted several moments on the court, pregame outfits and some snaps from team practices.
“A lil some 😉,” Johnson captioned her post.
The post drew reactions from both fans and her Fever teammates. Caitlin Clark and Co. expressed their support in the comments section.
“ 🔥🔥yeah rav,” Caitlin Clark commented.
“ 😍,” Sophie Cunningham wrote.
“Raeeeeeee baeeeeee 😍,” Tyasha Harris added.
“Star girl 💫,” Monique Billings declared.
“wowwwwwww 😍😍,” Bree Hall wrote.
“😍,” Makayla Timpson added.
The 23-year-old has stayed ready this season, primarily coming off the bench in 39 appearances. She has been a regular part of the rotation, averaging 3.1 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists.
Johnson, Clark and the rest of the Fever won their regular-season series against the Aces, 2-1. Indiana won two games against Las Vegas in a lopsided fashion. They defeated the defending champs 84-68 on July 5, and then blew them out 109-75 on July 12. The Aces won their final matchup on Aug. 6, though, 86-84.
It’s also going to be a battle of star-studded rosters, with A’ja Wilson, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Gray leading the Aces, while Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston spearhead the Fever.
Game 1 in Vegas tips off Sunday at 4:00 p.m. ET.
