Caitlin Clark is ready for some Kansas City Chiefs football. The Indiana Fever superstar made her allegiance perfectly clear Monday, hours before the Chiefs officially opened their 2026 season against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium.
Clark, a longtime Chiefs fan, jumped on social media to celebrate the return of Kansas City football with an emphatic message for her favorite NFL team.
“WE ARE BACK!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!! @Chiefs ❤️❤️❤️,” Clark wrote Monday on X.
Clark’s post can be viewed here.
It was a short message, but one that quickly reminded sports fans just how invested Clark is in the Chiefs.
Caitlin Clark Has Never Hidden Her Chiefs Fandom
Clark’s connection to Kansas City football is hardly new.
She has previously appeared at Chiefs games and has spoken publicly about following the franchise. The Chiefs have even featured Clark as a guest on their official “Defending the Kingdom” podcast, referring to her as a Chiefs super fan.
Her latest message comes before one of Kansas City’s most anticipated regular-season games in quite some time.

Denver, meanwhile, arrives after going 14-3 and winning the AFC West last season, adding another layer to a season opener already loaded with storylines.
For Clark, however, there apparently isn’t much uncertainty about which side she’ll be supporting.
“WE ARE BACK” says just about everything.
The Chiefs and Broncos kick off Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.
