Regardless of the hot takes surrounding Caitlin Clark this season, she remains the WNBA's most popular player.
This past Sunday, the Indiana Fever picked up a convincing 109-75 win over the Las Vegas Aces. Clark finished that potential playoff preview with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Although it wasn't a vintage performance, the ratings were off the charts.
According to NBC and Peacock, this past Sunday's game between the Aces and Fever drew 2.64 million viewers. That makes it the most-watched game of the 2026 and the WNBA's second most-watched regular season game since 1998.
To put this massive number into perspective, NBC and Peacock's games this WNBA season have averaged 1.5 million viewers. An additional 1.1 million people tuned in for the Aces-Fever showdown.

The Caitlin Clark hype train hasn't slowed down yet.
A little over three weeks ago, Amazon Prime Video landed its largest audience of the season. It's not a coincidence that Clark was featured in that game.
“Atlanta’s win increased 19% from the season’s previous matchup between the teams — and their stars Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese — which also aired on Prime Video (686K). The teams played again this past weekend on ABC, figures for which will be available Wednesday,” Sports Media Watch reported. “… Prime Video is now averaging 504,000 viewers for WNBA games this season, and outpacing the linear networks by 33 percent in adults 18-34, and 9% by adults 18-49.”
Clark and the Fever will be in the spotlight for the foreseeable future. After all, every game remaining on their schedule will either be streamed or nationally televised.
The Fever's upcoming game against the Golden State Valkyries will be televised on USA Network.
