Caitlin Clark watched on as Stephanie White and the Indiana Fever moved to 11-8 on the 2026 WNBA season after taking down Dearica Hamby and the Los Angeles Sparks 111-87 on Saturday. Now, the Fever are in the middle of a week-long break, hoping to get Clark back from injury when they face the Las Vegas Aces on Sunday.
Clark, after missing much of the 2025 season due to multiple injuries, is putting together a career year in her third season with Indiana. The former Iowa star is averaging career highs of 21.2 points and 43.0% shooting, along with 4.0 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game, the latter ranking second in the WNBA.

For her play this season, Clark was voted a starter for the upcoming WNBA All-Star Game, marking the third straight year she has earned that honor. The Fever star received a weighted vote score of 4.5, the seventh-highest in the league. Joining Clark in Chicago will be her Indiana teammates Aliyah Boston (3.5 weighted score) and Kelsey Mitchell (5), along with:

- Las Vegas Aces forward A'ja Wilson - 1.75
- New York Liberty forward Breanna Stewart - 2.25
- Minnesota Lynx guard Olivia Miles - 3.5
- Dallas Wings forward Jessica Shepard - 3.5
- Golden State Valkyries forward Gabby Williams - 5.25
- Minnesota Lynx forward Natasha Howard - 5.75
In a video, White revealed the news to Clark and the rest of her Fever teammates, who responded with a big cheer. Lexie Hull, sitting right next to the point guard, even gave her teammate a few taps on the arm, while Clark sat with a smirk on her face and flashed the “rock on” gesture.
Clark, Mitchell and Boston will be in action at the WNBA All-Star game on Saturday, July 25, at 8:30 p.m. ET.
