The Indiana Fever picked up their 21st win of the season after beating the New York Liberty on Tuesday.
Kelsey Mitchell led the way for the home squad with 28 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals. She also shot an efficient 11-of-16 from the field and 4-of-4 from three-point range.
Caitlin Clark broke her own record for most games with 20+ points and 10+ assists in WNBA history. The Indiana star finished with 22 points and 10 assists.
The Fever guard duo has emerged as one of the most exciting tandems in the league this season. Mitchell and Clark are currently the second and third leading scorers in the WNBA, respectively.

Mitchell is averaging a career-high of 24.2 points per game. Clark, on the other hand, is averaging 21.6 points and 8.1 assists.
Clark had some very high praise for her Fever teammate after Tuesday's victory.
“She just doesn’t miss. It’s pretty incredible,” Clark said. “She’s the best scorer in the league, hands down. It’s not even close.”
With 11 games left in the regular season, Indiana is still on track to surpass their 24-20 record last year.
Ever since Clark was drafted by the Fever in 2024, Indiana has won 20 or more games. On top of that, Mitchell has continuously improved her scoring with Clark as her backcourt partner.
Indiana will host the Dallas Wings at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday for their next game. They will then embark on a five-game road trip.
