Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is undoubtedly one of the best players in the WNBA today. She's averaging 19.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 7.7 assists, putting her seventh in scoring and second in assists in the league this season.
Clark has also been voted to her third All-Star Game in as many seasons, further highlighting her popularity and remarkable talent.
Prior to coming to the WNBA and joining the Fever, however, Clark played for the Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball team for four years and made history in the process.
In her final season with Iowa, she became the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I basketball history (both men's and women's) with 3,951 career points. She surpassed Pete Maravich's record of 3,667 points.

That being said, Iowa will always hold a special place in her heart. That is why the Fever star was delighted after she reunited with her former Iowa coaches during Indiana's game against the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday.
In a photo shared by Iowa, Clark can be seen posing with former coach Lisa Bluder, former associate head coach and now-Hawkeyes head coach Jan Jenkins and special assistant Jenni Fitzgerald.
Clark commented on the photo, but she needed only one word to express how she feels about her former coaches and Iowa.
"Family," Clark wrote.
Iowa has consistently shown support for Clark even though it has been several years since she played for the team. The Hawkeyes even made sure to promote the 24-year-old playmaker during the recent WNBA All-Star voting.
As for Clark, she has remained close with her former Iowa teammates. She has also continued to show support for the Hawkeyes, even attending and watching games when she can.
