Caitlin Clark concluded another incredible season for the Indiana Fever. The three-time WNBA All-Star set career highs, averaging 22.3 points while shooting 44.5% overall and 36.1% from three.
Unfortunately, their quest for a WNBA Championship ended after losing to the Las Vegas Aces in their first–round playoff matchup.
Shortly after their playoff exit, Clark showed her support to her college team, the Iowa Hawkeyes. The team received the Fever star’s new Nike signature shoe, the Caitlin 1s yellow “Warning Code” colorway.
Iowa head coach Jan Jensen also teased that the team will receive more colorways this season.
On top of that, Clark also gifted her signature Nike merch to some of her former Hawkeyes teammates. Gabbie Marshall and Jada Gyamfi showed off the items they received from the WNBA star on their Instagram stories, along with a thank-you message for Clark.
“I love!!! Thanks baby girl 😘 @caitlinclark22,” Marshall said in the caption.
“Merry Christmas 🫶 thx ya & love ya boo @caitlinclark22,” Gyamfi wrote.
Clark spent four years with the Hawkeyes. She is the record holder for most points (3,951) and assists (1,144) in Iowa’s collegiate program history.
Although the 6-foot guard did not win a national title at Iowa, she led the Hawkeyes to two consecutive title games in 2023 and 2024.
Clark was teammates with Marshall throughout her entire four-year stint at Iowa. Gyamfi, on the other hand, joined Clark for her final two seasons with the team. Marshall did not pursue a professional basketball career after leaving Iowa. Gyamfi, who completed her Hawkeyes career in 2026, has not announced a move to the professional ranks.
As for the Fever, they will look to regroup this offseason as they try to improve their roster for next year. They will continue to build around Clark, aiming to win their first WNBA title since 2012.
