Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is making the most of his open schedule during Super Bowl week to enjoy some time away from the NFL. After missing Tuesday's Pro Bowl Games, Kelce teed it up at TPC Scottsdale as a participant in the Annexus Pro-Am before the 2026 WM Phoenix Open.
The three-time Super Bowl champion was matched with two huge names, drawing large crowds on the golf course. For the front nine, Kelce was paired with world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who won the Phoenix Open in 2022 and 2023. On the back nine, Kelce's partner was Brooks Koepka, a five-time major champion who recently returned from LIV Golf to the PGA Tour.

Few people were as excited to see the Koepka-Kelce pairing as Koepka's wife, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Jena Sims. On Wednesday, she posted a video on TikTok showing off her outfit for the pro-am and revealing her admiration for Kelce.
“My husband is playing golf with Travis Kelce today," Sims said at the start of the video. "I wish I was kidding ... no, I don’t."
"I’ve been obsessed with Taylor Swift’s fiance even before Taylor was in the picture," she added.
Sims shared that her combination of a pink top and green pants required an "audible" because the skirt she had planned did not fit. She completed the look with a pink Hermes handbag, a Kate Spade necklace and the enormous engagement ring Koepka put on her finger in 2021.
Toward the end of the video, Sims leaned into the camera and whispered one of the reasons she was so excited to look good for the pro-am. While Swift's hit song "The Fate of Ophelia" played in the background, Sims admitted Kelce is her "hall pass."
Swift did not attend the golf event Wednesday. The last public event she attended involving her fiance was the Chiefs' final home game of the 2025 NFL season at Arrowhead Stadium on Christmas Day. Very few details have emerged about Kelce and Swift's upcoming wedding since their engagement in August, but they are rumored to be tying the knot sometime this NFL offseason.
In the meantime, playing golf is one way Kelce is focusing on “just being a human for a couple weeks, maybe a month or so” while he mulls his decision on whether to retire from the NFL or return for another season in 2026.
