Brittany Mahomes was ready for football on Monday night.
The wife of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback rocked a special denim outfit for her husband’s first game of the 2026 season. The Chiefs topped the Broncos, 31-20, in Mahomes’ first game back from injury. Mahomes suffered a devastating, season-ending knee injury in December 2025.
Kansas City impressed in its first game of the regular season. Brittany Mahomes impressed, too, rocking a special outfit for her husband’s debut.
“Just so thankful you are back on the field 15!❤️,” she wrote on her Instagram page.
NFL fans loved her outfit.

It didn’t take long for Patrick Mahomes to feel back at home, either. The Chiefs quarterback ran for a 15-yard touchdown in the game.
That rushing TD gave Mahomes confidence that he could be himself.
“Physically, I think that’s the moment,” Mahomes said. “I want to get some of these passes down the field a little bit more — I think that’ll help me out mentally and kinda get back in the rhythm of things. That was definitely the moment, physically, to say all this work has paid off. I didn’t feel anything. It’s still a process, I got to still keep getting better and better, but this is obviously a great first week.”
Mahomes finished the game 15-of-27 for 184 yards, two touchdowns and an interception, while rushing for 23 yards and a score.
