Body cam footage has emerged from the arrest of San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York on Wednesday night.
York, the owner and CEO of the San Francisco 49ers, was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio on Sunday morning. York was arrested on prostitution charges, though the charges were later dropped to disorderly conduct as part of a plea agreement. York ultimately pleaded no contest. He was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay a roughly $1,000 fine.
ESPN had details on the police report.
“In the report, officers with the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force wrote that York identified himself as a man named ‘Joe’ in response to the ad, which was posted by an undercover officer posing as a woman on a ‘known prostitution web site,'” they reported.
“York contacted the undercover officer twice Saturday with no response before the undercover officer responded to a third message sent Sunday and offered to meet that morning in East Palestine, Ohio, according to the incident report.”

TMZ Sports had details on the arrest.
“Authorities released footage from the billionaire’s arrest, which shows him in a New York Yankees T-shirt, gray basketball shorts, and sneakers. He’s even wearing his wedding ring, though we’ve learned he and his wife split months before this incident. New York Post was the first to publish the video,” they reported.
“While York is being handcuffed by police, he says to the officers, “Can I ask what you’re doing?” … before claiming he’s “just driving” in the area.”
York has not been seen around the 49ers since the arrest.
