The Seattle Seahawks and Washington Commanders meet in Week 3 with several player props worth targeting. Jaxon Smith-Njigba draws a favorable matchup against a Washington secondary that has struggled early, while Rachaad White should remain involved as a receiver out of the backfield. Antonio Williams also brings some appeal after producing in each of his first two games. With Marcus Mariota stepping in for Jayden Daniels, this matchup gives us several betting angles to attack.

There’s a natural crossover between fantasy football and NFL player prop bets. If you haven’t participated in sports betting but love fantasy sports, this is as good a place as any to begin. You can wager as little as pennies just to get your feet wet. Aside from the thrill of winning real money, it’s a fun way to test your knowledge and prognostication skills.

Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba 100+ Receiving Yards (+112)

Smith-Njigba has 277 receiving yards and four touchdowns through two games and now draws a struggling Washington secondary. Commanders cornerback Mike Sainristil ranks last among 96 qualified corners with a 29.5 PFF coverage grade. Washington also allowed CeeDee Lamb to pile up 153 yards and two touchdowns last week. Smith-Njigba had 129 yards against the Commanders in Week 9 last season, and his heavy involvement in Seattle’s passing game gives him another favorable matchup.

Washington Commanders RB Rachaad White Over 17.5 Receiving Yards (-109)

White remains a reliable part of Washington’s passing game, catching all six of his targets for 40 yards against Dallas last week. He owns an 11.6% target share through two games and now faces a Seattle defense that has allowed plenty of receptions to opposing running backs. With Washington entering as a sizable underdog, a pass-heavy game script could create additional checkdown opportunities for White out of the backfield.

Washington Commanders WR Antonio Williams 15+ Receiving Yards (-106)

Williams has made the most of his opportunities, catching seven passes for 88 yards and a touchdown through two games. He finished with 64 yards in the opener and 24 yards last week while averaging 12.6 yards per target. With Jayden Daniels sidelined, Marcus Mariota should rely on shorter, high-percentage throws against Seattle, giving Williams opportunities to stay involved in Washington’s passing game.
