Believe it or not, Bad Bunny may have had a rooting interest for Super Bowl LX between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.

Although there was plenty of outrage on social media, Bad Bunny put together quite the spectacle for Apple Music's halftime show at Super Bowl LX. He came out onto the field in a custom set that had No. 64 across the chest. It was revealed that his outfit for the Super Bowl halftime show was dedicated to his late uncle, Tío Cutito.

"I always dreamed of taking my uncle to a Super Bowl one year, but I couldn't; his death was sudden and without warning," the Grammy Award winner said. "So I decided to bring him on my shirt when I performed at the Super Bowl: OCASIO, his last name, the same as my mom, along with his birth year, '64. I dedicated my show before I began; I am sure he saw it, he was present, and he felt proud of his nephew."

It's fitting that Bad Bunny's halftime show took place at Levi's Stadium, the home of the San Francisco 49ers. The "Titi Me Pregunto" singer said his uncle was a passionate fan of the 49ers. For that reason, he's hoping they win a Super Bowl in the near future.

"He was a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers... He died two years ago, a short time after the 49ers lost against Kansas City in the 2024 Super Bowl. ... Now all we need is for the 49ers to one day win the Super Bowl again."

49ers won't be lacking confidence next season.

Prior to kickoff for Super Bowl LX, 49ers linebacker Fred Warner guaranteed that his squad will lift up the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the 2026 season.

"We'll get another chance," Warner said, via 49ers Webzone. "... We are going to win the next one ... It's only a matter of time, and the next one, we're definitely winning it. I guarantee. Next year."

If the 49ers are going to compete for a Super Bowl title in 2026, it's crucial they avoid catastrophic injuries. They'll also need to add a bit more firepower to their offense.

Time will tell if the 49ers make Bad Bunny and his family proud.
