The Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter Week 4 at a miserable 0-3, making them the only winless team in the NFC. The bigger problem came last week when Baker Mayfield suffered a dislocated right thumb against the Minnesota Vikings. Undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels will now make his first NFL start against the Green Bay Packers.
Green Bay too on the other hand, has its own problems. They are 1-2 after a rough 35-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in their home opener. Green Bay still has a dangerous passing attack, but it needs a much sharper performance from Jordan Love and the offense after the Week 3 collapse.
Nonetheless, the Packers visit Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday. With both teams looking to change the direction of their seasons, the game deserves attention beyond the matchup itself. Chris Myers brings decades of broadcasting experience to the booth. The Emmy Award-winning announcer is one of FOX Sports’ rare multi-sport broadcasters, working across the NFL, MLB, NASCAR and boxing. He reached another career milestone in 2025 when he called his 400th NFL game for network television.
Jonathan Vilma gives the broadcast a former-player perspective. The former linebacker is a Super Bowl champion and three-time Pro Bowler. He played 10 NFL seasons and helped the New Orleans Saints win Super Bowl XLIV after the 2009 season. Vilma joined FOX as an NFL analyst in 2020.

Kemp is in his 13th NFL season and ninth season as a referee in 2026. He originally entered the league as a side judge in 2014 before moving into the referee role in 2018.
His résumé includes significant postseason experience. Kemp has worked multiple Wild Card and Divisional Round playoff games and headed the crew for the 2026 AFC Championship Game. He also worked the 2011 BCS National Championship during his college officiating career.
