After her frustrating failure in the Atlanta Dream’s loss to the Indiana Fever on Sunday, Angel Reese bounced back to help the team take down the Las Vegas Aces 97-82 on Tuesday.
Reese finished with a monster double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Dream in the blowout victory. She also tallied four assists and four steals in a remarkable all-around display.
The 24-year-old forward was deservingly named the Player of the Game by the Dream, with the team flexing her production on social media after the game.
As they have done in recent games whenever Reese has delivered a historic performance or a memorable game, the Dream gave the three-time All-Star another nickname.

“Ms. Double-Double,” the Dream wrote in their announcement. “With 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists, Angel Reese is your @albertapp Player of the Game!”
Previously, the Dream called Reese the “Double-Diva” after she set a new franchise record for the most double-doubles in a single season.
After that, Reese earned the nickname “Queen of the Board Room” in recognition of her accomplishment for the most rebounds in a season in franchise history.
Last week, Reese called herself the “Barbie Baller” as well, in reference to her on-court skills and love for fashion. As fans would know, the Dream star has been using the “Barbie” nickname for some time now.

Reese is averaging 15.7 points, 12.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 steals per game. She leads the league in rebounds and is sixth in steals. Sure enough, she deserves all the praise and recognition she’s getting.
