Angel Reese is preparing for the biggest stage of her WNBA career, with the Atlanta Dream set to face the Golden State Valkyries in the 2026 WNBA Finals. The best-of-seven series begins Saturday in San Francisco, where Reese will look to help Atlanta secure its first championship in franchise history.
The Dream reached the Finals after sweeping the New York Liberty in the semifinals, and Reese has been central to Atlanta’s run. The three-time All-Star averaged 16.4 points and led the league with 12.1 rebounds per game. She was also named the 2026 WNBA Defensive Player of the Year and earned a place on the All-Defensive First Team.

Away from basketball, the 24-year-old has continued building her brand and strengthening her connection with a fanbase that calls itself the “Reese’s Pieces.”
On Friday, one day before the Finals begin, Reese announced a new merchandise release dedicated to those supporters.
She shared the news on X, writing, “SURPRISEEEE! 🎁🧡🤎NEW REESE’S PIECES FAN MERCH JUST DROPPED, MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU! 🍫LIVE NOW! SHOP HERE! 🛍️”
The announcement adds to Reese’s growing list of off-court ventures. In September, she teamed up with Reebok and Reese’s for a special edition of her signature Angel Reese 1 basketball shoe, featuring the candy brand’s recognizable orange, brown and yellow colors.
Reese described that collaboration as a personal tribute to her supporters, who have embraced the Reese’s Pieces name since she introduced it in 2024.
The signature Reese’s-inspired shoes are scheduled to go on sale Oct. 20, with adult pairs priced at $160 and kids’ versions at $130.
Before then, Reese will turn her attention to Game 1 of the WNBA Finals, which tips off at 3:30 p.m. ET at Chase Center.
