History is on the line this Sunday when Andy Reid leads the Kansas City Chiefs into battle against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Both the Chiefs and Raiders are 3-0 heading into this Week 4 matchup, so there’ll be plenty of hype leading up to kickoff. It’s also worth noting that Reid could become the winningest coach in Allegiant Stadium history with a win on Sunday afternoon.
Reid currently owns a 6-1 record at Allegiant Stadium, which includes a Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers. He’s tied with former Raiders coaches Josh McDaniels (6-7) and Antonio Pierce (6-8) for the most wins at this stadium.
That incredible fact was brought to Reid’s attention this weekend, but he didn’t have much to say about it.
“I didn’t know that and I don’t really care,” Reid told reporters before laughing.

Statement game for the Chiefs.
The Chiefs haven’t really received a ton of love despite their 3-0 start to the season. Of course, that could change if they take care of business against Kirk Cousins and the Raiders.
According to Patrick MAhomes, this Sunday’s environment should be quite hostile for the Chiefs.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a very hostile environment, trying to take it back to those Oakland Raiders days,” Mahomes said, via Pro Football Talk. “I’m excited just for the challenge, you know? They’ve playing great football, you can see it on tape. That 3-0 record’s real. They’ve been playing great the entire season and, for us, it’s another step, another challenge we have to go up there and match.”
Kickoff for the Chiefs-Raiders game at 4:25 p.m. ET.
