The Indiana Fever finished their four-game road trip with a statement win against the Las Vegas Aces on Sunday night. Indiana blew out Las Vegas 109-75, led by Kelsey Mitchell, Aliyah Boston and Sophie Cunningham.
Mitchell finished with 27 points on 8-of-16 shooting, along with three rebounds, three assists and two steals. Meanwhile, Boston finished with a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds, on top of four assists, three steals and one block.
Cunningham, for her part, recorded 20 points on 6-of-7 shooting from 3-point range.
The showdown was extra special for Mitchell, though, as it was her 300th career game with the Fever. She became just the second player in franchise history to appear in that many games, joining WNBA legend Tamika Catchings.

Making it even better, Mitchell set another record by surpassing Catchings for the longest streak of consecutive double-digit scoring games. Her latest scoring output was the 38th straight game in which she scored at least 10 points.
Following Indiana's win, Boston had nothing but high praise for Mitchell when asked about her performance and what she thought of her. The Fever center even went as far as to say that Mitchell is the "fastest guard" she has ever seen in her life.
"Kelsey's awesome. She shows up every single day and she gives us everything she has," Boston stated in the postgame presser. "She continues to show up every single day. She hoops out of her mind. ... And so for her to continue to do that and make teams guard her, I mean, she deserves the world."
Mitchell has certainly established herself as a valuable and irreplaceable member of the Fever. In fact, many could argue that she's just as important to Indiana as Caitlin Clark and Boston.
Mitchell led the Fever all the way to the semifinals last season, and for Indiana to contend once again, they will certainly need the 30-year-old to be her usual dominant self.
