AJ Styles is headed to the WWE Hall of Fame.
On the February 23 edition of Monday Night Raw, The Undertaker surprised Styles during a hometown tribute in Atlanta, announcing that he will be inducted as part of the Class of 2026 during WrestleMania 42 weekend.
The moment was special. Styles recently retired at the Royal Rumble after losing to Gunther in a career-on-the-line match. WWE treated the Raw episode as a celebration of one of the most decorated careers of the modern era, bringing in talent from SmackDown and TNA to honor him.
While WWE has not officially confirmed the 2026 venue, returning to the same theater would make logistical sense. The hotel connection reduces travel for talent and production staff during an already packed week.
The Biggest Question: Date and Start Time
The largest unknown is scheduling.
Last year’s ceremony began at 10 p.m. local time because it followed Friday Night SmackDown. It ultimately ran past 1 a.m. in Las Vegas — and beyond 4 a.m. on the East Coast. Fans noticed exhausted legends in the crowd, and the late finish drew widespread criticism.
Because SmackDown is live during WrestleMania week, crew and talent require turnaround time before resetting for the Hall of Fame at a separate venue. That scheduling squeeze led to the late start.

A logical solution would be moving the Hall of Fame to Thursday night, allowing it to stand alone with a traditional 7 p.m. local start. That adjustment would benefit both fans and performers, especially with NXT often kicking off early Saturday.
WWE has yet to announce the official date, time, or ticket information. But with WrestleMania week approaching, those details should arrive soon.
For now, one thing is certain: AJ Styles’ Hall of Fame moment is set. The rest is still unfolding.
