Benjamin Satterley, the professional wrestler known as PAC in All Elite Wrestling and Neville in WWE, has died at 40.
AEW announced Satterley’s death Sunday night, sharing an “In Memoriam” graphic and a statement. No further details surrounding his death have been announced.
“All Elite Wrestling is saddened to announce the passing of Benjamin Satterley, aka Pac,” the company wrote, later offering condolences to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.
The news is especially difficult to process because Satterley was in the ring just one night earlier. PAC competed Saturday at AEW All Out in the Chicago area, challenging Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship. Andrade retained the title.

PAC Had Successful Runs in WWE and AEW
Satterley began wrestling in 2004 before eventually signing with WWE, where he became a major part of the early NXT era as Adrian Neville. He won the NXT Championship before moving to WWE’s main roster as Neville, where he later became a two-time Cruiserweight Champion.
Satterley joined AEW in 2019 as PAC and became the inaugural AEW All-Atlantic Champion, now known as the International Championship. He also held the AEW World Trios Championship during his run with the company.
This is an incredibly sad day for wrestling. Earlier Sunday, longtime WWE superfan Rick “Sign Guy” Achberger also died at 54.
Those are two very different losses, and there is no need to make more of the coincidence than that. It is simply a lot of sad news for wrestling fans to process in one day.
My condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and everyone who knew him.
