Jack Perry defeated Katsuyori Shibata. After the match, Perry called out Samoa Joe. Joe returned with The Opps. Perry demanded a handshake; Joe answered with a headbutt, per Fightful and Cageside Seats.
Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) defeated Mina Shirakawa and Queen Aminata. Skye Blue scored the pin with Code Blue on Shirakawa.
Bang Bang Gang (Jay White, Ace Austin, Austin Gunn, and Colten Gunn), with Juice Robinson, defeated Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia) and The Dogs (David Finlay and Clark Connors) in a Tornado Tailgate Brawl / no-disqualification multi-man match. Jay White pinned Wheeler Yuta with the Blade Runner.
AEW National Championship: Andrade El Ídolo (c) vs. PAC
Andrade El Ídolo defeated PAC (with Marina Shafir) to retain the AEW National Championship. Shafir interfered throughout, including a ringside distraction that set up PAC’s Poisonrana and Brutalizer. Andrade reversed into a roll-up to retain, as reported by SI, Pro Wrestling Torch, and ProWrestling.net.
World Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contenders: Darby Allin & Steven Borden vs. Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight
Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight (with Don Callis) defeated Darby Allin and Steven Borden via referee stoppage to become No. 1 contenders to the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
The finish came after Borden and Knight dove from opposite top ropes and collided mid-air. Borden appeared knocked out. Medical staff entered the ring, and the match was stopped. Multiple outlets, including SI and Cageside Seats, described the collision as the cause of the stoppage.
Later updates from Tony Schiavone, citing information from Tony Khan and medical staff, said Borden was conscious and responsive at the hospital, had undergone a CAT scan, and was talking to doctors about the match.
TBS Championship Open Challenge: Persephone (c) vs. Dani Luna
Persephone, with Britt Baker, defeated Dani Luna to retain the AEW TBS Championship. Luna answered the open challenge. Baker interfered, including breaking up a pin behind the referee’s back. Persephone finished with a Razor’s Edge / crucifix bomb for the pin, per SI and Fightful.

Kazuchika Okada, with Don Callis, defeated Tommaso Ciampa to retain the AEW International Championship with the Rainmaker.
At ringside, Okada flipped off Ciampa’s daughter Willow after she declined a high-five. Willow flipped Okada off with both hands. Ciampa then attacked Okada at ringside. Callis later distracted the referee while Okada produced a screwdriver; Ciampa blocked that attempt before Okada scored the deciding Rainmaker. AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship — Chicago Street Fight: Brawling Birds (c) vs. Divine Dominion
Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) defeated Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) to retain the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships in a Chicago Street Fight.
The match featured chairs, tables, kendo sticks, a barbed-wire chair, a steel barricade, and a barbed-wire board. Hayter put Bayne through the barbed-wire board with a Death Valley Driver. Kross dumped thumbtacks into the ring. The champions finished with Two Birds, One Stone into the thumbtacks on Kross, as detailed by SI and Cageside Seats.
AEW World Trios Championship: Swerve Strickland & The New Level (c) vs. Hangman Adam Page & Brodido
Swerve Strickland and The New Level (Kofi and Austin Creed), with Prince Nana, defeated Hangman Adam Page and Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) to retain the AEW World Trios Championship.
Swerve and Hangman brawled repeatedly, including on the floor, as their feud heated up. Bandido attempted a 21 Plex on Swerve; Swerve reversed into Big Pressure for the pin on Bandido. SI and PWTorch covered the finish and the Swerve–Hangman exchanges.
Women’s World Championship No. 1 Contender: Thekla vs. Willow Nightingale
Thekla defeated Willow Nightingale to become No. 1 contender to the AEW Women’s World Championship. Triangle of Madness members Julia Hart and Skye Blue involved themselves near the finish; their interference partly backfired. Thekla hit a stomp / Blackout to score the pin.
After the match, AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Moné came to the stage for a staredown with Thekla. Their title match is set for WrestleDream on October 17 in Orlando, Florida, per SI and Fightful.
AEW World Tag Team Championship — Three-Way Ladder Match
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) defeated Cage and Cope (Christian Cage and Adam Copeland) (c) and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship. They became the first four-time AEW World Tag Team Champions.
Stokely Hathaway interfered with a low blow on Copeland and powder in Cage’s eyes, then tried to retrieve the titles himself. Copeland tipped the ladder and dumped Hathaway through tables at ringside. The Young Bucks finished by hitting Cage with a BTE Trigger off the ladder and retrieving the belts, as reported by SI and PWTorch.
A video package later teased Wardlow’s return from injury.
AEW World Championship: Will Ospreay (c) vs. Jon Moxley
Will Ospreay defeated Jon Moxley to retain the AEW World Championship.
Death Riders, including Marina Shafir, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, and PAC, were at ringside for Moxley. Speedball Mike Bailey and Francesco Akira were at ringside for Ospreay. Early action saw Moxley take control with a DDT onto the top turnbuckle. Ospreay was busted open as Moxley ground his face into the steel steps and targeted the neck with piledrivers and an STF.
Ospreay answered with a Styles Clash and Oz Cutter. United Empire stopped Death Riders interference after the referee was down. Ospreay hit a Hidden Blade with no referee to count. Andrade El Ídolo later made a save when PAC entered with a briefcase. The Brawling Birds took out Shafir with Two Birds, One Stone after she took out the referee. Moxley used the briefcase and multiple Paradigm Shifts; Ospreay kicked out, then answered with a Hidden Blade and Stormbreaker. Ospreay finished with another Hidden Blade to retain, per SI and Fightful.
After the match, Moxley placed the World Championship on Ospreay’s shoulder. The two shook hands, and Moxley left Ospreay alone in the ring to celebrate as the show went off the air.
Who Is Steven Borden / What Happened in His AEW PPV Debut
Steven Borden is the son of Steve Borden (Sting). All Out 2026 was his AEW pay-per-view in-ring debut, teaming with TNT Champion Darby Allin against Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight of the Don Callis Family for a World Tag Team Championship No. 1 contendership.
