Six teenagers were involved in a "horrific" deadly U.S. highway crash.
One teenager is dead and four others were injured in the crash. The crash happened in Rapid City, South Dakota. Six teens were reportedly traveling in an SUV when the car rolled over and crashed.
"According to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, six juveniles were in a Jeep Wrangler when it left the roadway and rolled," the report stated.
"Five occupants were taken to a hospital with serious injuries. One female passenger died at the hospital. Another occupant sustained critical injuries, and three others were treated for serious, non-life-threatening injuries."
The driver of the crash was reportedly not injured.
An official investigation into the crash is underway. The RCPD’s Critical Accident Reconstruction Team is actively looking into it.
